Postage & Returns

I endeavour to get all in stock orders posted out within one working day in postbox friendly packaging.

For UK orders, you can choose at checkout between Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail Special Delivery, which I recommend for higher priced orders…no point taking a risk and this incudes insurance for the item.

If you are outside the UK, then use the contact form to get in touch before placing an order and I can look into and let you know the postage rates and estimated delivery times for your country. You will be responsible for any relevant taxes.

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, I offer a full refund or replacement. If the item is the wrong size, I am happy to alter or replace it if you post it back to me or bring it to the shop if you happen to be nearby. Reading my sizing info may help with sizing if you are unsure. The info box at the checkout is a good place to leave a note if you want a longer chain or to let me know your ring size.
