Though I’m happy to exchange jewellery if the size is incorrect, it’s good to get it right if possible…. nothing worse than your new shiny things being to small or too long!! Here’s a a few tips for getting the right size or length when ordering jewellery
Ring Sizing
If you have a ring that already fits the finger you wish to wear your new ring on, then you can place that ring on a ruler and measure the INSIDE diameter. That should give you a measure, preferably in millimetres, that I can then work out your size from.
Take a piece of string and wrap it around your finger, mark where it overlaps…. may need help with this… then measure the length. This will give me the circumference from which I can work out your size.
You can buy ring sizers from online retailers that you can measure your finger with. Make sure it gives you the size in UK ring sizes which are alphabetical from A - Z.
Find a friendly jeweller near you who won’t mind sizing your finger for you.
Necklace Lengths
These descriptions are very dependant upon your size and build, If you have a tape measure, it’s always advisable to measure. Cross the tape where you want the top of the pendant to sit or the curve of the chain to rest. All my chains are adjustable, i.e

Bangles and Bracelets
A bangle needs to fit over your hand and sit nicely on the wrist without too much dangle. The best way to measure is to fold your thumb into your palm, as if you were putting on a bangle or making a sock puppet. Then measure around the widest part, the knuckles. My bangles are 19” for a small up to 22’ for a large.
All my bracelets have a safety chain to prevent them just dropping off if the clasp comes undone, so they need to fit over your knuckles too. The lengths of the bracelets are 6.5” for a small up to 7.5 or 8” for a large. It can help me if you can measure and leave a note in the info box at checkout.
